1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand© milk
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
2 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1 c. (1/2 pint) whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Pat in springform pan. Chill. Beat cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand© milk. Mix well. Add chocolate syrup and mix. Dissolve coffee in water and add to mixture. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust, cover and freeze for 6 hours. Garnish with additional crumbs.
