6-8 pork chops
1/2 cup flour
1 T. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic
2 T. oil
1 can chicken & rice soup

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge chops in mixture of flour, salt, mustard, and garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned chops in crock pot. Add soup. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3.5 hours.

I use the large can or 2 cans of the soup. Using 1 just doesn't seem to cover the chops enough.
