2+ Cups of Cooked Chicken
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Bunch of Chopped Green Onions
1 Package of Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix
1 Can Water Chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain & chop water chestnuts. Mix all together. Chill for several hours. I do not add all of the mayo & sour cream at once until I have a sense of whether it is going to be dry or more moist. You can make more by just increasing the chicken, mayo & sour cream.
