"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
1 can tomato soup 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 pound ground beef 1/4 cup American or Cheddar Cheese (shredded) 2 tablespoons minced onions 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard dash black pepper 4 hamburger buns
Mix soup, cheese, brown sugar, minced onion, salt, dry mustard and pepper. Blend in ground beef. Split buns and toast in broiler. Spread bun halves with meat mixture. Be careful to spread the meat mixture so the edges of the buns are covered.
Place in broiler pan and broil for 12 to 15 minutes
