18 Cups of Sweet Corn of the Ear (approximately 36 ears)
1 Pint of Half & Half
1 Pound of Butter or I Can't Believe It's Not Butter cut in chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the corn, half & half & butter together in a roasting pan. If the corn is not very juicy add 1/2 cup of white sugar. Bake at 325 for one hour stirring at the 30 minute mark.

Bag & freeze immediately. Do NOT stack warm corn on top of each other.
