400g lean mince, 1 zucchini sliced, 1 carrot sliced, 1 head of broccoli cut up into small florets, 1/2 chinese cabbage sliced, 1 packet of french onion soup, 2 cups water, 2 packets of hokkien or udon noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook mince with a little oil in a wok.
Add vegies and stir fry until tender.
Make up french onion soup with the water and add to wok.
Add noodles and cook until noodles are soft.
Cook until sauce reduces and thickens.

Serves 4-6
