4-5 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 large green apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Add the apple slices. Cook, stirring until apples are translucent, about 5 min. While apples cook, beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the flour and the milk. Beat until smooth. Pour the batter over the apples. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over pancake. Serve immediately.
