Melt in microwave or over boiling water about one pound of dipping chocolate. (You may use Candy-Quik, Melt N' Mold, milk chocolate chips with wax added, or any brand of dark almond bark. When using almond bark type products, I prefer to add or substitute some semi-sweet chocolate chips for more flavor and softer texture. This will taste like whatever you put into it, so you may experiment a little bit.) Grind or chop fine about 1 c. toasted almonds or pecans and stir them into the melted chocolate. Add about 1lb. of large marshmallows and spread in a single layer in a well-buttered 9x13 pan with marshmallows touching. Spread any leftover melted chocolate evenly on top. Put the pan in a barely warm oven for about 15 minutes or until you can see that marshmallows have softened. If you shake the pan gently you should be able to see some movement, like Jell-O. Be careful not to leave them in too long. Let your lucky family pull off chunks to eat when it has cooled thoroughly. If there is any left, store it in a tin or tupperware, not wrapped.
