1 box Lemon Supreme Cake mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
3 eggs
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 c. reserved filling
1 (8-oz.) carton Cool Whip

Filling:
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice

Icing:
1/2 c. reserved filling
1 (8-oz.) carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 4 ingredients and beat for 2 min. Grease and flour 3 ea. 8" round cake pans. Pour batter into pans and bake for 18 to 20 min.. Cool. Spread filling between layers, on top and sides. Refrigerate cake.

FILLING: Mix ingredients. Reserve 1/2 c. of mixture for icing.

ICING: Mix together reserved filling and Cool Whip. Ice cake. Make cake 1 day before serving and refrigerate.
