2 c. julienne-cut carrots
2c. julienne-cut zucchini
1 c. green pepper strips
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1/4 c. half and half
1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/2 c. rotini noodles, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Stir-fry first 4 ingredients in margarine until crisp-tender. Reduce heat. Add Velveeta, half and half, and basil; stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Add pasta; mix lightly. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4 - 6 servings.
