4 c. shredded green cabbage
2 c. shredded red cabbage
2-4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped red onion
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream or yogurt
1/4 c. light or dark brown sugar
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. tobasco or green pepper sauce

Place all vegetables in a large bowl. To make dressing: Whisk together all the ingredients or blend in a food processor. Toss vegetables with dressing, salt and pepper to taste. Chill coleslaw for several hrs. before serving.
