8 cups (4 cans) canned navy beans
2/3 cup molasses
4 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. salt
1 small to medium onion, chopped
1/4 lb. bacon, chopped in 1/2 to 1" pieces
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 3 qt. baking dish. Mix thoroughly. Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours. Stir. Cover for remaining half hour. Can be left in the oven longer by turning off heat to keep warm before serving.

Bake at 350º for 2 hours

Note: 2 finely chopped jalapeño peppers can be added for a spicier taste
