6 medium potatoes, peeled
1 (16 oz) sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 green onions, chopped
4 tbsp.milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peeled and halved potatoes in salted boiling water until tender. Cool. Grate cooled potatoes with coarse grater into large bowl. Add sour cream, 1 1/2c. grated cheese, onions, milk, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly, add a little additional milk if needed. Turn into casserole or baking pan. Smooth top with a spatula and sprinkle with the remaining cheese, adding more cheese to cover if desired. Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes.
