4 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares
3 cups white sugar
14 1/2 oz evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in top of double broiler. Add chocolate and blend. Add sugar, milk and salt. Cook on low heat, stirring frequently for 20 minutes.
