1 c. Plain Cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Boiling Water (NOT HOT WATER FROM FAUCET - MUST BE BOILING WATER)
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornmeal with salt and slowly add boiling water. Stir until it thickens. Spoon out shape into oval cones and pan fry in oil.

Makes about 6 servings.
