4 1/2 c. Toastettes garlic/onion
2 c.(8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion,diced
1/4 c ea. red, yellow,and orange peppers; chopped
1 jar (4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms; drained
8 eggs
4 c. milk
1 tsp. each salt and ground mustard
1/8 tsp. black pepper
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 lb. deer sausage spiced; cooked and drained or 8 c. smoked and diced ham or hamburger

Using a 11 1/2 x 18" pan,sprinkle croutons, cheese, onion, peppers,and mushrooms into a greased pan. In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper. Slowly pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with bacon and other meat. Bake uncovered, @ 350 for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
