6 egg yolks
1/2 stick butter
1 qt. milk, preferably skim
2 c. Splenda
1 T. Mexican vanilla
3 - 4 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 box sugar free vanilla wafers
6 bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Heat milk until just warm. Beat in egg yolks and flour. Cook mixture until it thickens -- not too thick, but pourable. Beat in remaining ingredients. Line a large bowl with vanilla wafers. Cut up bananas over the wafers. Pour pudding over bananas and wafers. Place more wafers on top. If you saved egg whites and prefer meringue, make and place on top of pudding.
