2 lbs hamburger meat
1 lg pkg flour tortillas
1 to 2 cups grated cheese
1 lg sour cream
2 pkgs taco seasoning
2 pkgs enchilada sauce seasoning
1/2 onion
2 cans green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion, add taco seasoning, sour cream and green chilies; mix well...prepare your enchilada sauce as directed on back of pkg. Put tortillas in microwave for about 20 to 30 seconds until soft, put some mixture of hamburger in tortilla and roll it up, I make them large, but you can make them however big you prefer. After getting them all rolled, pour your mixture of enchilada sauce over the top, and sprinkle cheese all over, and bake at 350 until all cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
