Ingredients:
1 lg can Campbell's Tomato Juice
1 - 2 lbs stew meat, cut up in small pieces
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 16 oz pkg frozen cut okra (not breaded)
1 16 oz pkg frozen cut green beans
1 16 oz pkg whole kernel corn

Directions:
Also good to add: fresh cabbage if you have any on hand, diced raw potatoes, frozen broccoli. This is a pot-luck kind of soup you can put lots of different vegetables in. You can use up lots of odds and ends of vegetables and you can use canned (drained) instead of frozen if that's what you have on hand.
Season and brown stew meat in and small amount of oil. I season it with salt and black pepper, but you can also use garlic or whatever meat seasoning you prefer. Pour tomato juice into a dutch oven or large soup pot, add other vegetables. Add browned stew meat and heat until it begins to simmer. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Serve with hot cheesy garlic bread.
