1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
1 jar salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 cup corn
1 can black beans, drained
Cilantro optional

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crockpot with Pam and turn pot on low setting. Add corn, then chicken. Sprinkle taco seasoning on top of chicken. Next add jar of salsa and top with black beans. Cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove chicken and shred with a fork. Put chicken back in the crockpot and add cilantro if you would like. Eat alone or add it to a tortilla wrap.
