2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup Milk
2 cups shredded Mexican Cheese blend, divided
6 seeded and chopped Jalapeño Peppers
1 envelope Taco Seasoning
1 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce
1 each medium chopped Red and Green Pepper
1 chopped Green Onions
1/4 lb. bulk Pork Sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Ranch Salad Dressing
2 cups shredded Lettuce
1 medium chopped Tomato
1 can (2-1/4 oz.) drained, sliced Olives

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º.

In a bowl, combine Bisquick mix and milk. Stir in 1 cup of cheese and jalapeños. With floured hands, pat dough onto a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Combine taco seasoning and tomato sauce; spread over crust. Top with peppers, onions, sausage and remaining cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.

Combine sour cream and ranch dressing; drizzle over pizza. Sprinkle with lettuce, tomato and olives.
