Add eggs and vanilla and stir. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured Jelly Roll (11x15") pan (NOTE: You can also use a 9x13 cake pan, just watch it when baking, it will take a little longer) Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until done in middle.

Personal Notes:
GLAZE (NOTE: Your pour this glaze over the cake while it is still hot)
1 stick butter or Imperial Margarine
3 Tbsp cocoa
6 Tbsp milk
2-3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Mix butter, cocoa and milk. Heat until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla, then gradually begin to stir in the powdered sugar using a Mixer for smoother consistency. Add powdered sugar until it reaches the levil of sweetness and thickness you desire. (You can double the recipe for the glaze and add up to 2 lbs of powdered sugar if you want it really, really sweet) Pour over hot cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
