1 1/2c. honey
3 qts. warm water
1 1/2c. oil
2 tbsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast dissolved in 1 c. warm water with 1 tsp. sugar
5 lbs. whole wheat flour
18 c. white flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Using 5 lbs. flour, mix together with honey,oil, salt and 3 qts. water. Add yeast mixture. Then add approximately 18 c. white flour. Place in greased bowl. Cover with a dish towel. Let raise until double in size. Punch down. Shape into 12 loaves. Let raise again. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes.
