2 c. scaled milk
2 pkgs. yeast in 1/2 c warm water
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
5 c. or more flour
1/2 tsp. salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well. Place in greased bowl. Cover with a dish towel. Let raise until double in size. Make into loaves or buns. Let raise again until double in size. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes.
