1 c. scaled milk
1/2c. sugar
1/2c. shortening or oil
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
3 beaten eggs
4 c. flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine: milk, sugar, shortening and salt. Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast; stir well. Add eggs and flour. Mix to a smooth dough. Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover with a dish towel. Let raise until double in size. Divide dough in 3 parts. Roll on floured board. Make 1/2" circle. Brush with butter. Cut each circle into 12-16 wedges. Shape pieces by rolling on wide end to point. Put in greased pan. Let rise until tight. Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes.
