1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. honey
5-5 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water; add honey. Stir well. Add flour gradually; mix together and knead 10 minutes.Cut into 32 pieces and roll into 10" ropes. Put on greased cookie sheet ( 8 per sheet). Let rise 15 minutes. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes.
