29 lbs. Deer; sliced to eat
3 c. soy sauce
6 c. apple juice
3/4 c. sugar cure
3 tsp. garlic salt
12 c. water
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. onion salt
3 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. fresh tobasco sauce.

Mix altogether and soak for 2 days. Smoke @ 200-220 for 4 hours.
