2 c. Buttermilk Baking Mix (Bisquick)
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together:baking mix, milk, and cheese until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes @ 450. Mix 1/2 stick butter; melted , 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. parsley flakes. Brush over warm biscuits before removing them from baking sheet.
