4 c. milk
1 c. medium grain rice
2/3c sugar
1 (16 oz) container cool whip
1 tsp. almond flavor
1 pkg. Danish Pudding; strawberry or raspberry flavor
1 pkg. fresh or frozen strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the milk, rice and sugar on low heat; slowly for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the milk cooks out, stirring often. Let cool. Add cool whip and almond flavor. Cook the Danish pudding according to the pkg. directions. Pour on top. Refrigerate over night.
