3 c. uncooked Minute Rice
3 c. water
1 can each(10.75 oz) cream of mushroom, cream of celery, cream of chicken soups
6 chicken breasts; plain or marinated

Preheat oven 325 Mix and put in 9x13' pan the first three ingredients. Lay the chicken breasts on top of rice mixture. Cover with tin foil. Bake 1 hour.

Marinade: 2 tbsp. frozen lemonade, 1/4 c. each soy sauce and canola oil. Mix together and place chicken breasts in zip-lock bag. refrigerate overnight. Grill breasts 10 minutes per side. Lay on top of rice mixture and bake.
