3 medium carrots, diagonally sliced
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 T. lemon juice
1/3 cup water
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. dried dill
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/8 tsp. salt
dill sprigs (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Steam carrots, covered, 3 minutes or until crisp tender; drain. Set aside and keep warm. Combine cornstarch and lemon juice in a small saucepan; stir until well blended. Stir in water. cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add butter and next 3 ingredients; cook until butter melts, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over carrots; toss gently. Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired.
