1 lb. crawfish tails (peeled with juice) (pre-packaged frozen bag - thawed)
1 stick butter
1 t. garlic powder or salt
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 T. Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Seasoning
2-1/2 c. Half & Half

Directions:
Directions:
On medium heat, saute green onions in butter about 5 to 10 min. or until translucent. Add crawfish tails and saute for 5 min. Add soups, garlic powder/salt and seafood seasoning and cook for 15 min. Add Half & Half and cook for 10 min.
