3 T. butter
3 large onions, thinly sliced
3 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2/3 cup grated sharp cheddar
1 1/2 cups milk, scalded

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion and saute till limp and transparent (about 10 minutes) stirring frequently. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Turn into an unbaked 9" pie shell. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake 30-40 minutes longer or until firm in center.
