12 carrots, sliced, cooked and drained
1/2 cup butter
2 T. dried onions
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 cups milk
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese slices

Combine the butter, dried onions, flour, salt, mustard, pepper, celery salt and milk to make a white sauce.
Layer carrots with cheese (ending with a carrot layer) in a 2 quart casserole. Pour sauce over top. Place sharp cheddar slices over top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
