2 bunches of beets
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
2/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil beets in water for about 1 hour or until tender. Pour cold water over beets and slip off skins. Slice while hot. Sprinkle over the beets about 1/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup vinegar and 2/3 cup water.

Enjoy hot or cold.
