1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 peanut butter 1/2 cup light corn syrup 3 1/2 cups granola 1/2 cup small chocolate chips (optional) 1/2 cup Spanish peanuts (optional)
Bring brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Take off heat, and add the peanut butter. MIx well. Stir in granola, peanuts & chocolate chips. Press in a 9 X 9 inch buttered pan. Let set until firm. Cut into bars.
