4 T. cocoa powder
2 c. sugar
4 T. Flour
1 can of canned milk (not condensed)
1 tsp. vanilla
1//4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together then add the other. Stir well.
To cook on the stove, bring to a boil, stirring all the time. After it boils for 1 minute, cook 3 - 5 minutes, stir slowly over low heat.
In the microwave: Cook in a glass bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes, stir then microwave for 2 more minutes. Watch closely becase it may boil over. This makes great syrup for ice cream!
