1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. chopped tomatoes
2 T. sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients except tomato and onions. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or shallow ovenproof dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions. Serve with vegetable dippers, tortilla chips, or assorted crackers. Can make this dip ahead and refrigerate up to 3 days.
