1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sour milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups finely chopped rhubarb

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts

CAKE: mix brown sugar, egg, shortening and sour milk. Mix flour, baking soda and salt; add to brown sugar mixture. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into greased 9X13 pan.

TOPPING: mix sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle over top of cake. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
