Ingredients below for one bird:
2 oranges
1 lime
1 lemon
2 tsp Goya
1 tbsp tequila
salt
pepper
Cornish game hen

Directions:
Directions:
Peel oranges, lemons and limes. Combine in blender (throw away peels). Pour into large zip lock bag. Add tequila, salt, pepper and goya. Stick up to 2 birds in each bag. Marinate over night. BBQ using rotisserie on high for 10 minutes. Turn middle burner off and have outside burners on medium for approximately 1 hour.
