Seven Layer Salad Recipe

1 medium head iceberg lettuce
1/2 c thinly sliced green onions
1 c thinly sliced celery
1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1 10 oz pkg frozen peas
2 c mayonnaise (Best Foods)
2 tsp sugar
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/2-3/4 lb sliced bacon (crisply fried and crumbled)

Shred lettuce and place in serving bowl. Top with green onions, celery, water chestnuts. Sprinkle frozen peas over salad then spread mayonnaise evenly over top. Sprinkle sugar, cheese, seasoned salt and garlic powder. Cover and chill in fridge as long as 24 hours. Just before serving sprinkle salad with chopped hard boiled eggs and bacon.
