1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 T. grated yellow or white onion
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese (can use more)
1/2 cup Peppered Peach preserves (Rothschild)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and onion until fluffy and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Form a mound on a plate. Press in a scooped cavity for the sour cream. Pour sour cream into cavity. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top. Add peach preserves on top. Serve with crackers such as wheat thins, Waverly, or Ritz crackers
