2 sheets Puffed Pastry
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 pkg. Ham or Canadian Bacon
2 pkgs. sliced Pepper Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 400 Line a 11x12 pan with parchment paper. Roll out the puffed pastry to fit the pan. Spread the Dijon Mustard over the pastry. Layer of Ham or Canadian Bacon, layer of cheese on top of that. Brush out-side edges with an egg wash. Top with another rolled out pastry sheet. Seal edges with a fork. Cut 3 slits on top of pastry.
