2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
*may substitute 1 1/2 c.peanut butter for 1 cup peanut butter and 1 cup chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients well. (Using hands with gloves works well.) Chill for an hour. Roll into 1 inch balls. Chill for an hour. Melt chocolate chips in a double broiler. Dip or roll each ball into melted chocolate then into powdered sugar. Eat or chill.
