4 c cooked carrots, cut in bite-size pieces and steamed 10-12 minutes
8c apples, peeled and cubed in bite-size pieces
6 t flour
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
2 c orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease large casserole dish. Layer carrots and apples, Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over carrots and apples. Pour orange juice over mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden. Serve hot or cold.
