1 (32 oz.) pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small diced onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients and spoon in to greased 9X13 inch dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Combine crackers and margarine. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
