1 cup plus 1 Tbsp water (70-80 degrees)
1 large egg
4 1/2 tsp butter
3 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients into bread machine and mix on dough mode.
Remove dough and kneed until smooth. Divide into 2 loaf pans.
Cover and let rise until double.
Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.
