2 heaping Tblsp. butter
1 10 oz. bag marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips + 2 Tblsp. more
1 3/4 cups rice krispies
1 cup cut up salted mixed nuts
Cashews for top if desired
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and soften marshmallows in double boiler or microwave for 2 minutes. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Add rice krispies and chopped nuts. Stir well and drop by teaspoonfuls or form balls with hands and place on buttered cookie sheet. Top with half cashew if desired. Keep in a cool dry place.
