1 lb. Penne pasta, cooked and drained
½ medium red onion, finely chopped (2/3 cup)
½ oz. fresh bail, chopped
½ cup oil packed sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1(13 ½ oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1(6oz) pkg. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ lb. fresh asparagus, chopped & lightly steamed
1 (2 1/4 oz) can sliced olives, drained
¾ cup prepared champagne salad dressing (Girard’s Light)

Directions:
Directions:
In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients except the salad dressing. Store in the refrigerator until serving time.(Can make the night before.) Just before serving, pour on dressing and mix well.
