2 c. milk, 3/4 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. bisquick, 1/4 c. butter, 4 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 c. flaked or shredded coconut

Put all ingredients into blender on high speed for 15 seconds or so. Grease 10" round pie tine and bake for 50-55 mins at 350
